We offer several delivery methods so that you can choose the most convenient option for you.

Delivery methods and costs

• Home delivery – 19 lei
  Delivery is made by express courier: Sameday, Cargus or DPD. The delivery cost is 19 lei, regardless of the locality.
• EasyBox delivery – 19 lei
  Delivery is made through Sameday. The delivery cost is 19 lei, and when completing the order you can select the most convenient EasyBox location for you.
• Same-day delivery in Bucharest, through Bolt – 25 lei
  Parcels can be delivered on the same day in Bucharest, through the parcel delivery service provided by Bolt.
• Delivery outside Romania, within Europe – 15 euro
  For deliveries outside Romania, within Europe, the delivery cost is 15 euro.

Delivery time

The parcel will arrive at the destination in approximately 24–48 hours from the moment the order is placed.

Exceptions may occur when a different delivery time is specified on the product page or when the order encounters errors during processing or delivery. In such cases, you will be notified by phone or email regarding the necessary steps.
