For orders placed on the website, several payment methods are available, depending on the delivery address and the options available at checkout.

Available payment methods

• Cash on delivery
  The value of the ordered products can be paid in cash to the courier when the parcel is delivered to your address. Cash on delivery is available only for orders with a delivery address in Romania.
• Online payment by bank card through EuPlătesc
  Online payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro or Mastercard bank card, through the EuPlătesc.ro payment processor.
• Bank transfer / Payment order
  Payment can also be made by bank transfer, based on the proforma invoice. The products will be delivered after the full invoice amount has been received in our account.

Online card payment

Online payments are processed through EuPlătesc.ro, which provides a secure system for managing electronic payments made with bank cards issued anywhere in the world under the Visa or Mastercard brands.

If you choose the online card payment option, you will be redirected to the secure page of the payment processor, where you will fill in your card details.

Transactions made with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard or Maestro cards are processed through the 3-D Secure system, developed by the Visa and Mastercard card organizations. This system provides online transactions with a high level of security, similar to that used for ATM transactions or physical card payments at merchants.

The 3-D Secure system ensures that your card information is not transferred to, and is not stored on, the servers of our online store at any time.

EuPlătesc.ro uses SSL security certificates and advanced anti-fraud solutions, together with the Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode systems, to reduce the risks associated with electronic fraud attempts.

Important: no additional fee is charged to the cardholder for payments made by bank card.

Orders delivered outside Romania, within Europe, can be paid online by bank card or by bank transfer / payment order.
